There’s never been a better time to be a freelancing superstar who does it all themselves without having to share the money (and glory) with a team.

But I guess you’re doing this program because you want to achieve something far greater than what you can do on your own.

When you learn to leverage other people’s time and money for your benefit, you can be a successful capitalist and pat yourself on the back. When you learn to create mutual benefit for various parties through synergy and collaboration, you will become a successful entrepreneur and other people will have your back. 

You might be flying solo whilst exploring brand partnerships or you could be building an extensive staff team to cover all of the bases in-house. Either way, teamwork makes the dream work. 

Whilst you may never build a personal connection with anyone at TikTok, if you’re using their platform to publish your content and run paid ads, they should be considered as a PARTNER, as should the most junior members of your office-based team. 

One of the key principles of growing a business is effective delegation. Seeing how each party can work together to provide value for stakeholders requires attention to the macro and the micro. The Jigsaw gives business owners a framework that everyone on your team can understand, a common language that can be caught and taught quickly. It offers a birds eye view initially and then an opportunity to dive-deeper into the detail as the Journey Template exercises feed into routine workflows.  

The primary purpose of this Program is to help you to refine your focus, create a presentation of your brands and work out what needs to be outlined in your to-do-list.
