Fill out everything that you’re currently offering and everything that you can imagine that you could offer in the future.
Outline the price points and the volume of sales you would like to make over the next 12 months.
Using the analysis columns, conduct analysis in all 5 areas to help you identify your top offer(s) and where you should be focussing. Please select a criteria in place of ‘OTHER’ and change anything else that seems irrelevant.
