Build Your Business With The Wall

I’d like to introduce you to The Wall.

The Wall doesn’t stand alone, and no building can stand without The Wall

Our approach to Time Optimisation is part of a wider curriculum of visual frameworks that I’ve developed called The Driving Seat. It will help you to get in the fast lane with your business.

The Driving Seat is an Encompassing Framework that I teach to Artists, Brands & Creators. This encompassing framework has 4 Foundational Frameworks

Get In Gear – Personal Development

The Wheel – Creative Development

The Road – Brand Development

The Fuel – Business Development

What I’m about to reveal to you is interwoven into all of these areas. It’s what I call a Core Framework

With The Road, for example, we help people to build a brand and establish a PLATFORM by looking at the following steps

PLAN – because if you fail to plan, you plan to fail

PROCESS – because your process determines your progress

PRODUCT – where we teach the 5-Level Offering of content, product, services, experiences, and subscriptions

PARTNERS – because teamwork makes the dream work

PROMOTION – where we teach brands how to map out their marketing

The Wall will help you with step number 2 of the road…your PROCESS.

So here it is…

The simplest way to understand what needs to be done is with the hours you have.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is THE WALL.

THE WALL is deceptively simple at first glance but has been fine-tuned by 10,000 hours of hard graft. A lot of people that I speak to are neck-deep in their daily activities and they’re too busy to cement essential big-picture routines that might need doing monthly, quarterly, and annually.

Ralph Waldo Emerson said, “Sow a thought and you reap an action; sow an action and you reap a habit; sow a habit and you reap a character; sow a character and you reap a destiny.”

If you fall short with your habits, you may find yourself eternally overwhelmed by your to-do list. The Wall is here to help you work on your to-be-list…but more on that later.

To SCALE THE WALL, as gravity would suggest, we’re going to start at the bottom and build upwards.

Your daily activities should be determined by your weekly focus.

Your weekly focus should be steered by your monthly measurements and metrics.

Your monthly metrics should be measured in line with your quarterly targets.

Your quarterly targets should be informed by your annual plan.

Your annual plan should be driven by your core mission.
